The warm hospitality and lush environment made my stay memorable. The attentive staff arranged a delightful anniversary celebration and the dining experience at the Indian restaurant was exceptional, featuring excellent dishes and views.

Minor issues with service coordination at breakfast were evident, which slightly detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience.

Enjoyed a delightful lunch buffet featuring a diverse global spread. The staff exuded charm and enthusiasm, especially while describing the dishes. Desserts, particularly the nearly perfect Creme Brulee, were a highlight. Just suggest clear labeling for non-chicken items to enhance guest experience.

I had an amazing stay with my partner, especially with the room decoration for the surprise birthday celebration and the delicious breakfast spread. The room had a stunning view which made the experience unforgettable. I would definitely come back again!

Lunch options felt repetitive, mirroring the dinner selection too closely. The fitness gym, which advertised 24-hour access, was closed when I needed it during the night and required a call to the reception to get it opened. Weak shower water pressure was disappointing, and the air conditioner controls were tough to get just right. I also found the room slippers much too small, perhaps meant for kids. Quattro lacked a clear menu for its buffet, which left some confusion regarding what was included, and they did not have Naan available, despite it being a staple in many Indian restaurants. Lastly, I noticed that selecting your own currency at billing led to a hefty surcharge.

I arrived for my anniversary and received a delightful welcome from the staff. They surprised my family with special treats, which made the day memorable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the kids loved the activities they offered. The concierge assisted us efficiently during our stay, making everything seamless.

There were some delays with service during breakfast as well as a need for better coordination with requests.

I had a fantastic stay with wonderful views of the pool and city along with complimentary meals for kids, making it perfect for family trips, while the easy access to Anjaneya Swamy Temple and Lumbini Gardens was a highlight of my weekday explorations, allowing for enjoyable walks and beautiful landmarks nearby.

the leela was a fantastic choice for our family stay. our premier room overlooked the pool and central park, and we loved the complimentary meals for our kids. sujatha, our point of contact, went above and beyond to help us when my kid was sick.

Bicycle rental service was a fun addition to our stay. Room cleanliness was top-notch. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not up to the expected standard, with some sluggish service.

Can just recommend for a weekend

Caring staff, spacious room, attentive service, especially from Sujatha, who was with us during our stay and went out of her way to assist when my child fell sick by arranging necessary medical support, and the room had a lovely view of the pool and Central Park.

Everything was impeccable.

The stay was exceptional, highlighted by the spacious rooms overlooking lush greenery and the attentive service that felt personalized. I enjoyed their in-house Falak red wine at the bar, and the staff were proactive, especially Priya who was always a text away during my stay. The location provided a peaceful atmosphere away from city noise, but the only downside was the restaurant not being busy enough during dinner hours.

We celebrated my fiancé's birthday here, and the room decoration along with the complimentary cake was such a sweet surprise! The infinity pool and spa treatments really helped us unwind after a long day. The check-in process could be smoother, but overall, we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! 🎉
